China Has HR Outsourcing Potential

Some good news is coming your way if you are in the outsourcing business or if you are a user of this service in China. Over the next few years the government is about to push for the outsourcing of services in China. The government will specifically look at establishing policies which will encourage the outsourcing of services. Even in the previous attempts by the government to promote the industry, the commerce ministry will list service industry as one of the industry in which investment is most encouraged in the country. The government will provide financial support in the form of low interest loans for qualified projects as well as insurance for large scale offshore projects. Another suggestion is that they will also be helped with any kind of talent shortage that the companies may encounter. These are really big commitments and can only be met if they can stand by it.
