Up till now the progress of the outsourcing industry in China was going pretty good but now this industry is facing certain roadblocks. Though the outsourcing industry in China is growing like never before but costs are rising and expenses with regards to project management, travel and training are eating into the savings which were earned as a result of low labor costs.
If this is not enough then the industry is also facing problems with regards to intellectual property protection, product quality concerns and competition to get hold of the skilled employees.
It seems China too is facing similar problems which are already being faced by India but experts’ state that when the market will mature it will lead to the improvement in the long term output quality also. Let’s wait and watch.
