Convergys, one of the leaders in outsourcing operation has entered into a five year professional services outsourcing contract with VIBO Telecom for managing its back office operations. The deal is an extension of the contract which was signed last year. As per the new contract Convergys would continue to manage all aspects of VIBO’s customer care and billing systems.



Convergys would be offering technical and operational expertise across CRM and BSS in order to address VIBO’s important business requirements.
