One of the largest BPO contracts has been signed in the North American life insurance market. Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has entered into a ten year BPO and IT outsourcing agreement with a leading U.S. based life insurer.
This contract would be helping the insurer in consolidating an integrating the data, staff an processes that it has gained through acquisitions in an efficient manner. Under the agreement CSC would be providing full service transition and technical support for around one million life insurance policies.
The contract also includes end to end policy administration as per insurer’s guidelines which include call center, customer, claims services and financial administration. CSC would also be offering application management and infrastructure services under the contract.
