Now even Walt Disney is too planning to move to outsourcing. It is thinking about outsourcing hundred and twenty five jobs to the contractors but union officials have claimed that they are still unaware of the change.
Walt Disney said that it would be providing affected workers with other jobs at comparable pay and hours. These jobs include carpet cleaning, kitchen cleaning, deep cleaning work and roadway cleaning.
The company is doing this in order to streamline its operation and looking for various efficient and effective ways of running their business and also to maintain their standards. Most of the jobs being cut are basic jobs and as of now Disney has not selected the contractor far filling the job.
