Pizza Inn is all set to outsource its distribution services. For this purpose the company has entered into a distribution agreement with the Sygma Network. As per the agreement Sygma would be distributing food and other supplies to Pizza Inn destinations in Midwestern and western parts of the country whereas the Institutional Jobbers would be distributing to locations in the eastern United States. What else, Sygma would also be leasing Pizza Inn’s warehousing facility in The Colony. Norco would be providing billing, ordering, support and quality assurance services to the franchisees and Norco employees would get employment opportunities with Sygma.



The details of the deal have not been disclosed. The company opted for outsourcing for the obvious reason of saving on fuel costs, overhead and maintenance expenses.
