Montego Bay and Kingston based e-Services clinched the biggest outsourcing deal of Caribbean history by signing a deal with Delta Airlines and under the agreement for the world’s largest airline Patrick Casserly’s company will provide customer care services and reservation services. Excited with the development Patrick Casserly said to newspersons that since 2000 he considers it as the biggest significant development in the sector. e-Service is also signed on by National Investment Bank of Jamaica for customer service solutions.



Vice President of Delta Airlines Steve Scheper felt that the selection of e-Services Group International was based on their proven skill and ability to deliver high value customer service at a premium cost. That the country is geographically not far from US also went to their favor.
