Some good news for Equinox! It has received a place on the list of Top fifty best-managed global outsourcing vendors. The company is known for delivering more than 35 different complex business processes for major names in the mortgage market which use six sigma based process management capabilities.
Around 872 outsourcing vendors were analyzed in 63 countries and these results would be appearing in the prestigious Black Book of Outsourcing. The factors that were taken into account include Human Capital Performance, Commitment, Corporate Direction and Leadership Impact, Client and Employee Satisfaction, Management Performance and Organizational Excellence.

i-flex/Equinox achieved this outstanding Top 50 ranking for a second consecutive year with a significant rise in position over almost a thousand global outsourcing firms. Of the four categories our survey was based upon, i-flex/Equinox scored a strong increase in both the ‘CEO Commitment’ and the ‘Human Capital Performance’ categories. This validated the excellence of the entire organization, management, and staff, and landed i-flex/Equinox solidly in the Top 50 global rankings overall once again.
