“...There’s no way that we can save 90%-they want Western quality, and they want a solid company behind them-it’s tough....... customer will say, “I’m paying my people $25 an hour; you’re going to charge me $15; that’s what my savings is. And we say, Load on the infrastructure, the technology, the computers, the rent, and all that stuff; what is your real cost?
