For the first time ever in 2006 the size of the global outsourcing market is set to shrink and it has been reported that the third quarter has been the slowest in the past four years as the level of outsourcing has dropped.

Already outsourcing is facing the stick as it is resulting in loss of jobs in the developed countries. It has been forecasted by the UN that around five million jobs in Britain and US would go east in the next decade.

It has been found out that a two percent drop has been witnessed in the outsourcing contracts in the first nine months of the year and it is also expected that there would also be a drop in the value of new contracts in 2006.
