The leading human resource conglomerate Hewitt intends to open a 300 seated outsourcing center in Poland. Backed with a steady growth in 2005, Hewitt which doubled its client strength in HR outsourcing is eyeing further consolidations in the low end as well as high end human resource consulting.



The new center in Krakow will provide customer service and other administrative support to Hewitt’s BPO clients in Europe. The company also has a HR consulting office in Warsaw, Poland which was established way back in 1996.



Hewitt’s European HR outsourcing chief Richard Jones says,



There are strong economic, cultural and language connections between Poland, Germany and other European countries, so we expect the Krakow center to serve as an attractive resource for our global and European clients.
