In my previous post on speed-dating I had mentioned about the growning needs pf software professional of US and European Companies. At the outset what cannot be missed is the profit that the Indian software service providers would get in meeting the huge demand, especially when the companies are wanting professionals who would work at prices lesser than their US counterparts.



But a recent report shows that the problem may arise when the Companies would face a slower rate of growth with the increase in wage costs. However Diviya Nagarajan, an analyst at Motilal Oswal Securities, is hopeful as she says:

We expect large order inflows to increase as offshoring continues to be accorded greater importance. More and more such deals will be reported in the next few quarters.
