In a recent development Bull has acquired Agarik which is a French company dealing in critical Internet infrastructure outsourcing and managed on-line services. The move is expected to strengthen the position of Bull in the outsourcing market for IT platforms and critical data flow which requires continuous operation round the clock.
Now with this acquisition the outsourcing offerings of Bull would be complemented by the capacity in managing critical internet infrastructures round the clock which includes powerful internet capabilities and expertise. Also the presence of Bull would be strengthened in the services market mainly in the telecom market
