For the last one and a half decade outsourcing was the trend in IT but now this trend seems to be changing. As per a study conducted by Deloitte Consulting LLP a number of organizations are not happy with their outsourcing outing.
The survey stated that seventy percent of the organizations had a negative experience with outsourcing and sixty four percent of the organizations brought back some of their functions due to negative experiences.
It also stated that IT outsourcing was getting increasingly dangerous and the reasons for moving back operations was denoted to the lack of flexibility in handling complex tasks related to core business practices. This certainly is a bad news for outsourcing countries and they should try and figure out the reason of dissatisfaction of these companies if they want to retain their business.
