Poor communication skills and lack of business knowledge among the team, that’s what some CEOs are most concerned about while evaluating an agent’s performance. The study wanted to find out answers like for routine tech jobs how these people actually nourish and nurture the newly recruits. The professor of IT management at Marquette University, Kate Kaiser says at the entry level technical skills are most sought after.
In the non technical segment its communication skill which takes the top spot. The study reveals in its findings.
When agents are supposed to move up to the next level, qualities like project skills, people efficiency, industry and/or functional (domain) knowledge as well as high-level tech skills get most value.
