The Indian lawyers are doing everything for their fellow western counterparts in the field of legal service except for fighting court cases for them. As of now there are very few companies which are into legal outsourcing but by 2015 India is expected to generate 79,000 jobs in the field of legal outsourcing.



What goes in favor of Indian lawyers is that both Indian and American system is based on the British legal system and Indian lawyers charge a very small amount as compared to their American counterparts. If India is able to deliver cost advantage, it would get work not only from America but also from Australia, Singapore, UK and other commonwealth countries and because of its immense potential it is already being referred to in international business publications as global counsel.
