
Up till now mid sized firms thought that outsourcing of HR function was a huge investment but now they have realized that if they have to remain competitive they must go for it.
The trend seems to be reversing and it has been found out that around 42% of the mid sized companies employing between one and ten thousand workers are all set to expand their HR outsourcing. Mid sized companies are now outsourcing their HR functions due to rise in the costs associated with benefits coverage along with the need for providing health care and related benefits when compared to those provided by bigger companies for attracting and retaining talent.
These firms prefer working with single HR service provider rather than multiple providers as it is less complicated.
