A recent report shows that Bangalore has resorted to the concept of speed-dating in order to meet the recruitments of software engineers. As per Gautam Sinha, chief executive officer of TVA Infotech:

It is like speed-dating. Earlier we had six months to hire a person. Now we have six weeks.
For this purpose the firm has hired an indoor basketball stadium for the software clients to meet the employees.



But the problem lies with getting highly qualified tech-professionals within a short period of time and this in return pressurizes the outsourcing companies to go at a jet speed to send the best tech-guy overseas.
