Even though the Western counterparts might be having grudge against India on the outsourcing Issue but Bollywood songwriter, Neelesh Misra has revealed the humorous side of outsourcing in his latest novel. The novel titled “Once Upon a Timezone” is a bumbling comedy centered around a call centers and how India is learning to dream big. This novel is about an Indian man who changes his identity as a call center agent and about his American customer.



This novel deals with a middle class boy Neel Pandey just fresh out of college who dreams of moving to states in order to escape from his father’s plans to get him a secured government job and marry him to an upper class girl. His dreams of moving to states don’t realize so he opts for a call center job where he gets an American identity but very soon he moves into a faraway romance that would change his life. The novel would be released at the Frankfurt Book Fair next month.
