Philippines, the silent performer is on the threshold of getting some lucrative contracts from Australia. Industry analysts feel that the if the recent trend is any indication the tiny country, whose more than 90% of outsourcing contract comes from USA is all ready to grab major outsourcing deal from Australia.



Some big companies are interested to set up their operation out there as not only the attrition rate is amazingly low there but also efficiency and lower costs also place it on higher overall performance index than so many industry leaders.



James Haensly, the vice president for operations and information technology of the Australian BPO firm FooBooOnline.com feels that it can be a huge scope for the Philippines outsourcing providers as Australia is just getting started with the BPO wave.
