Polish companies are realizing the benefits of outsourcing. They have realized that outsourcing their work to countries like China would help them in controlling their costs. Now companies out there are outsourcing their simple work at fraction of a cost and indulging in complex work only.
Despite the fact that Polish workers have a low wage scale still the additional cost of labor is around five times the amount which the labor receives. In order to save on these costs, Polish companies are now moving towards outsourcing.
On the other hand Polish government feels that this step would reduce jobs in the country and it might offset some of the gains achieved in the employment market. It further felt that this trend might be followed by foreign companies investing in the country too and hence cause further loss to the nation.
