One of the leading outsourcing company, TCS states that it is positive about the growth in the Thai region and is expecting a further growth in its operations in the near future. The Asia Pacific region looks pretty good and it is expected that it would be making significant contributions to the outsourcing industry.
The outsourcing market is expected to grow by around 8% and is expected to contribute around $500 million in terms of value and with a very few players it would be quite profitable for companies to gain from Thailand which is still regarded as a dark horse.
With the shift towards 3G telecommunication applications a number of companies would be requiring software consultancy and support and therefore Thailand is emerging as a land of opportunities.
