In a move to expand its base out of commodity printing business Chicago based R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., the printing company said it has decided to buy outsourcing company OfficeTiger for a cool $250 million. Office Tiger, a New York based company primarily gets its jobs like desktop publishing, financial processing and analysis, claims processing and high end market research done from India and Sri Lanka.
The printing business major says due to the purchase the bottom line will marginally down in 2006.
