Tech Team, the global outsourcing service provider appointed William Brown as its new president and CEO. According to the company information, Mr. Brown who was formerly working in IBM as the head of public sector business transformation outsourcing unit will resume his duty from February 16. Though Brown has spent 10 years at IBM, he has left Big Blue for a CEO post before. In 2001 he took the top job at Indian application development services provider Aztec Software Inc, but resigned in March 2003 after a disastrous year for the company in which sales fell 38%
