A major component of the Business Process Outsourcing remains to be Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO). In the year 2006 the global Human resource Outsourcing is expected to reach $24.6 billion, this would be an increase of 4.7 % from $ 23.5 billion in the year 2005. On the other hand the overall Business Process market is expected to be around $ 134.7 billion a gain of 8.3 % over 2005. at about 18.7 % HRO forms the biggest part of the entire BPO market.



As far as the HRO market is concerned Payroll services and benefits administration services comprise the largest segment of the total worldwide HRO. In the year 2006 these 2 services would comprise of about 75 % of the entire HRO market. The remaining 25 % share is divided among services like personnel-administration services, hiring and recruiting and education and training.
