Vietnam, to most of the Americans is a country where more than 50, 000 U.S troops suffered serious causalities. N number of American movies and world movies may be made on the war but Vietnam 30 years after the war is looking forward to go ahead with more outsourced jobs, mostly from America. In recent past for few companies Vietnam has become the ideal place to offshore hi tech work. Intel, the world’s largest chipmaker, is expecting an approval to construct a $605 million assembly plant in no other place, but Ho Chi Minh City.
Can Vietnam be the next China in manufacturing? A recent NeoIT report says that following China’s path will be difficult for this tiny country. Not only it has a lack of right talent force but also it is lack the sophisticated training facilities.
