Xansa has bagged the first multi-process HR outsourcing deal within the UK financial services sector. This 5 year deal has been signed with Lloyds TSB. The purview of service offers HR functions that include existing helpdesk functions, recruitment and administration. The service will be provided to 150 people who are located in the Xansa’s offshore delivery centers in India. The outsourcing HR process to Xansa will enable the bank to improve the technology platforms underpinning its HR administration.

This contract is an extension of our partnership with Lloyds TSB, which currently comprises IT outsourcing, finance and accounting outsourcing and a portfolio of complex industry-specific back office processes. It extends our strategic relationship to cover HR and makes Lloyds TSB a foundation client for Xansa’s HR outsourcing services.
